A new Hilton Home2Suites hotel is coming to Farmingdale, NY near the Long Island Railroad Train Station. Work is expected to start in April on the 85 room hotel, which is part of a $57 million redevelopment plan.
The redevelopment will also include a 3 ½ story mixed-use building with 102 condominiums above 20,000 square feet of retail space.
Farmingdale-based Bartone Properties partnered with the John
Danzi Hotel Group in Hauppauge on the deal. Construction is expected to be completed by early 2012.
